Who we are
Founded in 1985, Deltagrove Properties LTD is a UK freehold holding company. We own and steward residential and commercial freeholds for the long term. We are not a managing agent — instead, we appoint and oversee professional managing agents and contractors to look after our buildings.
What we do as freeholders
As the freeholder, we handle building insurance arrangements, statutory and safety compliance, long-term maintenance planning and approvals, and we liaise with leaseholders and the appointed managing agents.
